It is easy to bring a dehydrated meal from Wal-Mart or REI to eat when camping. But why not try something different? Last trip for breakfast I made Kodiak Cakes (high protein flapjacks) with fresh blueberries. I brought the mix in a plastic container & added fresh eggs and water on-site. The first one was a mess (aren't ALL first ones)? After cleaning the pan I lowered the heat, added more olive oil cooking spray, and they turned out PERFECTO! A great way to start off your morning with a healthy, tasty, hot breakfast!
